Venue Dashboard

Welcome to your Etix Dashboard! Don't lose your way, use the breadcrumbs at the top left to navigate back to your Home (A), Venue (B), or Performance (C).

Performances and Packages Navigation
A. Performances
B. Packages
Note: Tab navigation toggle displays upcoming and past Performances

Create Performances and Packages
Select the Green Create (A) button to quickly jump to the Create Performance (B) or Create Package (B) pages.

Sell Tickets Directly from the Venue Dashboard
Select the Green Sell Tickets (A) button to quickly jump to all the options available to sell tickets (B).

Navigational Breadcrumbs
A. Click the home icon to navigate to the current Organization
B. Click the Venue name to navigate to the current Venue

You can always use Manage at the top of the Dashboard to get back Home.

Your User Information
Manage your preferences and log out from here. Access your Operator Report (A), User Preferences (B), and Log Off (C).

Click the question mark at the top of the page to:
A. Show UI Tour
B. View all training materials Etix University offers
C. Search the Knowledge Base
D. Submit Service Request

Etix Analytics
Click on Etix Analytics to take a look at all of our new Analytics product.

Etix Community
The Etix Community feature provides easy access to YOUR customers. 

Access Organization, Venue, Performance and Package Reports from this tab.

Performance shortcuts

Click the Reports button to expand options to display the Performance Detail Report ,Ticket Audit, and Detailed Audit. You can also go directly to the Export Customer Data report and the Performance Method of Payment report.

Click the gear icon to display shortcuts for Copying a Performance and the Manage Performance page.

Package shortcuts
Click the Reports button to expand options to display the Miscellaneous Information Report, Package Receipt Summary, Detailed Package Audit Report, and Presale Customer Notification.

Search for Orders
A. Enter Order ID, Last Name, First Name and Last Name, Email Address, User Name, or Serial #
Note: Single name entry is assumed last name only search.  Searches orders over the last 30 days, including partial entries. 
B. Click the drop down then Advanced Search
