At this time, Etix does not support printing from the internet browser Microsoft Edge. If your Selling Station has been updated to Windows 10 and Internet Explorer has been removed as your default browser, you will need to pin IE to your taskbar to make it easy to find and use.
If Internet Explorer is not easily found on your desktop after the Windows 10 update:
Click the Windows start button in the bottom left hand corner of your screen
A. If Internet Explorer is not displayed in the apps/programs displayed, start to type "Internet Explorer"
B. Right click on Internet Explorer
A. Pin to Start
B. Pin to taskbar (recommended)
Internet Explorer will now remain on your taskbar, so that it is easy to find and use.
To save Internet Explorer as your computer's default browser:
Click the Microsoft Start button in the bottom left hand corner of your screen.
A. Click Default
B. Click Microsoft Edge
Click Internet Explorer to choose IE as the default browser
