Venue POS Quick Sale

Venue POS Quick Sale is a new selling method that will offer an alternative to the Java applet selling screens and make the selling process more efficient and user-friendly. The Quick Sale version is primarily used for General Admission performances. As a bonus product update, Venue POS also includes the capability to purchase and validate tickets all at once! From the Venue Dashboard, select the performance.

Click the green Sell Tickets button in the top right corner of the performance dashboard.

Click Venue POS Quick Sale




A. Select to sell a Performance or Package
B.
Select the Performance or Package to sell.  This defaults to the performance you are in, but allows you to move quickly between performances and packages on the sales page. You can also switch venues from the venue drop down in the top right corner.
C. Use to sell best available by price level.
D. Use to sell best available by section.
E. Select the seat or hold status to sell tickets from.
F. Enter the Number of Tickets:
Use the +/- signs to increase and decrease the number of tickets to sell next to the correct price code.
Note: If a price code name is more than 10 characters the full name won't display unless you hover over the price code name. For example, Advance Pass will display as Advance Pa...
G. Select this option to ensure that multiple seats will be grouped together.
H. Select Delivery Method
I. The Order Fee will display in this box after you select Add Seats
J. Click Add Seats



After adding seats, the tickets will populate in the shopping cart. Before continuing the check out process, review the order.
A. Performance Name, Date and Time
B. Section, Row and Seat
C. Seat Status the ticket was sold from
D. Seat Notes will appear here
E. Price Code: The update the price code in your shopping cart, click the drop down and select the new price code.
F. Ticket Price
G. Ticket Fees
H. Total Price
I. Remove a single ticket from the order by clicking the red X
J. A summary of the order will display including ticket quantity, delivery fee, order fee and order total. If you hover over the question mark icon, the number of tickets in the cart by price code will appear.
K. Click Clear Shopping Cart to remove all selected seats from the order.

A. Select the Method of Payment. Example below is displaying Cash Method of Payment.
B. If cash is selected, the payment amount will display. Enter the amount of money given by the customer in the cash tender box. You can also select a prefixed amount. The amount of change will display in red.
C. Click Purchase, Purchase/Validate or Purchase/Print.
Note: If you click purchase/print it will print the tickets immediately regardless of the delivery method.
Note: Purchase/Validate will process the order and validate the ticket.

A. Select the Method of Payment. If credit card is selected, swipe the card using the credit card swipe provided by Etix or manually enter the credit card information.

Billing Address 
Note: If an email address is entered, a confirmation email will automatically be sent to the customer.

C. Click Purchase, Purchase/Validate or Purchase/Print.
Note: If you click purchase/print it will print the tickets immediately regardless of the delivery method.
Note: Purchase/Validate will process the order and validate the ticket. Click here to turn on this feature.




After you click any of the Purchase buttons the Order ID number will display. Click the Order ID to review the Order Details page. If you click Purchase/Print, the print dialog box will also display to print the order.
