Venues can email patrons plain text emails directly from the Etix system at the Performance level.

Select the performance
Click Email Guests
A. Sender Name: Enter the Sender's Name. This field will auto-populate with the Venue's name, but is editable. Maximum of 50 characters.
B. Reply To Email: All emails will be sent from firstname.lastname@example.org, but you are able to define an email address to which replies will be sent.
C. Send Email To: You can choose to send to "All Orders" or "Online Orders Only".
D. Email Subject: This field pre-populates with the Performance Name, Date and Time, but is editable. Maximum of 75 characters.
E. Message Content: It will auto load with the text "A message from", however that can be edited out.
F. Include Performance Details: This checkbox is enabled by default. When checked, Performance Name, Venue Name, Performance Date and Time, and Venue Address will display at the top of the email.
G. Send Test Message To: Entering an email address here and clicking Send Test will send an email that follows all of the above settings to the defined address.
H. Choose to Cancel or Send Now.
I. Click to View Sent Emails
Once you click on Send Now, a message will pop up confirming you would like to Send Now. If you wish to proceed, click on Send Now.
A message will appear once you have sent the email. You can return to the Performance Dashboard at this point.
Below is an example of an email the buyer will receive:
If you click the View Sent Emails button, the page will refresh to display a table of all emails previously sent for this performance through the Email Guest feature.
