Edit Prices

Please Note: 
If tickets have already been sold at the current price/price code you will need to create a new price code and add it to the performance. This will keep your Audits clean and easy to read. Example, if using the Individual price code, create a similar price code, Individual I.

If no tickets have sold at the price that needs to be updated:

Select Performance

Click Manage to expand

Click Prices

Make the necessary adjustments
Click Next Step to review the changes on the Performance Detail Report or Save and Exit to return to the main venue page.

Note: Everything in green is a ticket price component and everything in red is a ticket fee component.  Ticket price components combine and show one price to the customer and ticket fee components are grouped into the fee section on the invoice page. Multiple ticket components can be rolled into a single component as seen by the customer by contacting Client Services at 919-653-0516 or clientservices@etix.com.
