Generally, the COMP and Group price codes will need to be added to a performance if they were not entered on the Event Sheet.
Price Codes display in three areas and is what controls the price of a ticket:
On the purchase page
On the ticket

Click Manage to expand
Click Price Codes
This will now show all of the price codes within the venue. If you need to create a new price code use this article.
To add a price code to the performance:
A. Use the box to search for price codes
B. You can also select the price codes from the list.
Note: Hold down the Ctrl Key to select multiple price codes.
C. Click Move Selected Item to Assigned or double click on a price code to move it over to the assigned column.
D. Click and drag the price code to update the display order.
E. Select a default price code. The default price code cannot be private.
F. If needed, enter in a price code description. This will appear online to your customers below the price code name.
G. Select if you would like a price code to be private
Note: The private column is for price codes that will not be visible to the customer or users that do not have access to private codes. If any comps will be pulled from the Etix system, private should be selected on the comp price code. If Private is not select, customers will be able to purchase tickets at $0 if scheduled online.
H. Enter Maximum Number of Tickets. This number applies to online sales only. The box office is not restricted to the number of tickets they can sell.
I. Enter Minimum Number of Tickets. This should be set to zero unless you are selling group tickets online.
J. Click the red X to remove a price code
K. Click Next Step
The Schedule Price Code Screen appears.
To schedule a price code the user needs to think of what price codes need to be available, during what time frames, and through which sales channel.
A. Enter the sales start and end date and start and end time for the desired price code.
B. Place a check mark next to the price code name you want to schedule. Make sure to select all applicable sales channels by placing a check mark in these columns.
C. Select if you to schedule the announcement to display immediately or select a custom date and time.
D. Click Add Schedule
You may repeat the above steps to add additional schedules. Once you have added all desired schedules scroll to the bottom of the page and click Next Step.
Edit your prices, fees and Face Value.
Click Next Step to show the Performance Detail Report OR Save and Exit for the main venue page.

From the Venue Dashboard select Manage to expand
Select Price Codes
Select Edit Price Code Names
Select a Price Code Name to edit
A. Current Price Code Name
B. Desired new Price Code Name
C. Select Submit
