Sell by Map

Sell By Map allows the seller to select specific seats within a seating chart.

Note: Sell by Map requires the use of the Java Applet.  Please ensure you have Java installed and follow these instructions if you do not.  If you have concerns about Java see our page on Java Security and the Etix System.

Note: This selling method requires the use of Internet Explorer browser
 

Select the performance
Click Sell Tickets



Click Sell by Map



 

A. Click on the desired section in the upper left corner of the screen (hold the Ctrl key to select multiple sections)
B. The section will appear




A. Select the seats.  After you select the seat it will turn to a # sign
Note: Select all ticket at one time, regardless of the price code as you can adjust price codes within the cart later.
B. Select the Price Code
C. Click Add Seats
D. Click Clear All to put the seats in the # sign back to Open




A. Select the Delivery Method
B. You can make the sections larger or smaller by hovering the mouse over the section separator line and move right or left.
C. Select Price Code
D. Remove Selected will remove the selected ticket(s)
E. Remove All will put the tickets back to open
F. Start New Transaction will clear the entire screen
G. Total Ticket Count
H. Grand Total
I. Seller can add additional Performances or Packages to the order by clicking the Performance drop down or typing in the search box.  Likewise, an organization can sell across Venues by clicking the Venue drop down just above the Performance drop down.
J. Select Payment Method
Note: If using a credit card, swipe the card using the credit card swiper provided by Etix or manually enter the credit card information.  The exact billing address needs to be entered.
K. If Cash is selected, enter Cash Tender for the system to calculate change for you
L. Enter Patron Data
Note: To locate and load existing customers, enter the patron's last name and additional information if desired, the click Find Customer.  A list of customers will appear in the drop down.  Select the correct patron and it will populate the fields.
M. Click Purchase/Print or Purchase/Print Later
Note: If you click purchase/print it will print the ticket immediately regardless of the delivery method
N. After the order is successfully processed the Order ID will display here
