Reprint Tickets

Search for the Order

A. Once you have located the Order Details Page for the order/seats to be reprinted, click the Print tab.
B. Click Print/Reprint Order



A. Select Show Order Details to reprint specific seats or Print All to reprint the entire order.
B. Leave checkbox marked to Reprint Header Ticket

Note: Header tickets will print out for tickets in all statuses. If printing voided tickets, a pop up will display with the message "Are you sure you wish to print a header ticket? No tickets in this order are in Issued, Reserved or Redeemed status." After clicking "Print Header," the Header Ticket will print for the voided order.

C. Click Continue



Place a check mark next to the specific seats to be reprinted.
Enter a reason for the reprint in the box.

Click the Reprint Order button.
