Ticket Sales Report (Organization Level)

The Ticket Sales Report is a receipt report that shows ticket sales at the price code and payment processor level by venue and performance. This is the best report to use when the venues payment processor is being used and is balanced with the Organization Method of Payment Report.

To access the Ticket Sales Report:

From the Venue Dashboard
Select the Reports Tab

Select the Organization by typing it in or select it from the drop down

Click Ticket Sales Report

A. Select the Performance Date Range by choosing All Performances or entering a Custom Range
B. Select the Transaction Date Range from the drop down or enter a Custom Range
C. Select Venue(s) to include
D. Select Sales Channel(s) to include
E. Select Payment Processor(s) to include
F.  Check to Display Condensed Report Only, Summary Only, Price Code Breakdown in Summary and/or Price Level Detail in Summary.  (See explanations for these options below). 

G. Click Continue

The report will display below the parameters displaying the following information:

1. Membership Report

2. Breakdown by Payment Processor including Donations and Membership Sales

3. Full Breakdown of Sales
Organization Name
Venue Name
Performance name, date and time
Payment Processor
Submethod (credit card type)
Price Code
Action (sell or refund)
Number of Tickets Sold
Number of Tickets Voided
All Price and Fee Components
Total Money

4. Summary
Performance, Date & Time
Price Code (if Display Price Code Breakdown in Summary was checked)
Price Level (if Display Price Level Detail in Summary was checked)
Net Tickets Sold
All Price and Fee Components
Total Money


Condensed Report
For the Condensed version, check the Display Condensed Report box.
The Condensed version will display totals for each performance by payment processor.  Membership sales, donations and the Summary will still display.

Display Summary
To view the Summary, check the Display Summary only box.  The summary will display net tickets sold and totals sales for each performance.  This will help you monitor your performance sales within a specific transaction period in order to evaluate how the shows are performing.  You can also select to include a price code and/or price level breakdown in the Summary.

Any version of this report can be exported to excel by clicking Export Excel at the top of the report.
