The Venue Details Page hosts many commands for Venue users or Etix employees to make changes to your Venue setup or functionality. All new Clients are requested to review the information on the Venue Details page to ensure their important information has been setup correctly.

Next, you will need to verify the sales channels and delivery methods you need available for your venue. The sales channel is the way a patron is purchasing a ticket (box office, online, phone, etc). The delivery method is how they are receiving their ticket (print-at-home, regular mail, will call, etc.)
For example, if you need to be able to sell tickets through an outlet is outlet listed? If you only want to have online tickets available with print at home tickets is that the only item listed under online?

It is also important to review the Venue/Promoter Public Info, this information is what will display to your customers on Etix.com.
