Venues can place a link on the first page of the online purchase process for customers needing special seating accommodations. Accessible Seating must be marked available for this link to display on a performance. To edit the accessible seating feature follow the below instructions.
Click Edit Performance
Select Available next to Accessible Seating and click Save and Exit.
The below image will now display on the first page of the Performance link.
Customers will then have to confirm they need accessible seats by clicking continue.
Finally, customers will have to fill out and submit the below information. Use this article to control who receives the submitted form.
